If you are experiencing any of the following, please do NOT come to the clinic. Call and reschedule your appointment for a later date.

  • Fever

  • Cough

  • Runny Nose

  • Shortness of Breath

  • Traveled or been in contact with someone who has traveled abroad within the last 14 days

  • Been in close contact with someone who tested positive.

Due to Covid-19 all patients must wear a mask in the building at all times. Wait times may vary as our staff need time to properly disinfect each procedure room accordingly. Thank you

We are accepting new pain management referrals with no wait time. Please have your family physician fill out a referral form and fax it to our office.
